Villa Sugar is located in Episkopi village around 17 km west of Rethymno town.

The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing but also being very close to all kind of supplies shops, restaurants and services. 

Just 2 kilometres from the villa, you can find one of the best sandy beaches of the North coast, the beach Episkopi, which is 10 km long and was named after the village (Episkopi), which is only 350 m away from our villa. The village of Episkopi has shops, traditional taverns, cafes and some supermarkets for your supplies. One of the supermarket is available just 80 m away from the villa as well as an organised playground for children which is located just opposite of the supermarket.

According to the location, you can easily visit Argiroupoli village which is only 6 km away, a well-known village for the small spring waterfalls and the amount of the great, traditional taverns under the big trees! 

Also you must visit Kournas Lake, which is12 km away from the villa and it is the only natural freshwater lake in Crete.

Furthermore both big cities in West Crete are close as Rethymno city is less than 10 minutes drive away and Chania town is about 30 minutes drive away.
